Cork Stoppers

Agglomerated
Agglomerated cork was invented in the late 19th century. Agglomerate cork is made by processing microgranules left over from natural cork.
This stopper is an economical solution for inexpensive wines, with a short shelf life, and is structurally resistant to hot filling, which will reliably protect the wine. This type of cork is most often found with a size of 38 * 23 mm, but it can be of different sizes and diameters, depending on the requirements and wishes of the winemakers.

Micro-agglomerated
The micro-agglomerated corks are made after the natural corks are made, as a result of the processing of the remaining microgranules. The dimensions of the granules range from 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm, at your request.
These stoppers have recently been used in the wine industry, which gives them more elasticity and greater reliability than standard agglomerated stoppers. Recommended for aging wines for three years as they have a more closed pore structure compared to natural stoppers.

Twin-Top 1+1
Twin Top cork stoppers combine the excellent mechanical, watertight and organoleptic properties of a micro-agglomerate body with the noble and natural characteristics of cork discs in contact with wine.

Natur
Natural corks are made from the bark of one whole cork. Due to its properties, it reliably protects the wine. Natural cork is designed for high-quality wines, as well as for storing aged wine.

Magnum (Sparkling)
Cork is the most economical solution for sparkling wine that can withstand pressures of up to 6 bar. These type of corks are made from agglomerated and micro-agglomerated cork granules. 47*29 mm are mainly used in the Georgian market. The sizes can different and diameters depending on the requirements and desires of the winemakers.
Colmated
Colmated stoppers are made after sorting natural cork, which has large pores and other defects. The pores are filled with a mixture of cork dust, latex and glue. The coating significantly improves the mechanical and sealing properties of the cork. As a result, we get a natural and budget product.
